Judy is MT Dental Partners patient care specialist. A random fact about Judy is that she loves being a dental assistant (and is allergic to both cats and dogs). Her favorite hobby is reading a good book, and one of her favorite vacation destinations is St. Lucia.

On a Sunday off, you can find Judy watching movies with grandkids. Her biggest de-stressor? Sitting at the salon getting her hair and nails done, naturally.

“I have been in the dental field since my early 20’s. It is my passion to work with patients, and as an assistant I enjoy seeing the end result. As an assistant, I strive to ensure each patient understands what treatment is being done. I enjoy explaining treatment to patients because I believe it makes them not only more comfortable accepting treatment and they know they are in good hands."

Jamillah is MT Dental Partners Washington, DC’s Office Manger and joined as receptionist in 2016. As patient concierge and treatment coordinator, Jamillah feels an obligation to our patients to make sure they always walk away with a thorough understanding of their treatment plan, costs and payment options.

“I love the family atmosphere of this practice. I believe the first ‘hello’ over the phone to the time a patient walks into our office is just as important as the treatment they receive. So I strive to make each person feel comfortable, and a part of our dental family.”

A Native Washingtonian, Jamillah says she enjoys exploring DC like a tourist. “There’s always a new restaurant, music venue, or museum to discover.” She also enjoys trying a new recipe, listening to music, journaling, traveling, and volunteering in bible education work.

Chuck is MT Dental Partners in-house master lab technician. Something most people don’t know about him is that he is happily married to his childhood friend Alicia. They were neighbors and walked to elementary school together every morning, but at the age of six, she moved away. They reunited via Facebook 20 years later and have been happily married ever since! Chuck has said that if he ever wins the lottery, he would first help homeless veterans and homeless dogs and then plan to hit a golf ball off the surface of the moon!

On a Sunday off, you can find him relaxing and tinkering around the house. The best de-stresser for him is music.

Larisa is MT Dental Partners Alexandria, VA’s Office Manager & Patient Concierge. Through the growth of her management career, she has identified that she is a firm believer in “servant leadership” and always strives to give her best to not only our patients, but our team members as well. When she joined the practice in 2020, Larisa was new to the dental world, but displayed a quick interest in the field. She continually challenges herself to learn more and welcomes the opportunity for growth. 

On day off, you can find Larisa cooking up her favorite vegan meals, hiking her favorite local trails, eating a warm bowl of noodle soup or enjoying a cold beer and laughter with her partner, John. She lives in Alexandria with John and their cat, Moose.

Amanda Todd is a native of South Carolina. While there she attended Greenville Technical College completing her Associate degree in Business and also earned a degree in Applied Science with a major in Dental Hygiene. As a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of New York, Amanda has an Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certification and is a member of both the American Dental Hygienists' Association and the Dental Hygienists' Association of the State of New York. Now making her home in the Washington area she hopes to bring a bit of southern hospitality to her patients. Educating patients is her priority, while helping them to obtain, maintain and enhance their overall smile and oral health. In her spare time Amanda enjoys traveling and trying different foods/restaurants. She has a passion for nature and the outdoors and loves to read.

LaDonna, Donna for short, has been a medical assistant since 2004 and in 2013, transitioned into the dental profession. She is currently pursuing her dental hygiene degree. Her cousin, Dani, one of MT Dental Partners very own registered dental hygienists, encouraged Donna to see her and the rest of the team in action at our DC office. During this shadowing experience, she was able to learn skills and techniques beyond the classroom and quickly found herself as a part of our dental family at MT Dental Partners!

Donna's favorite hobbies include listening to her favorite music and reading at home with her family and dogs. The best de-stressor according to Donna? Meditation and journaling. She resides in Washington, DC with her husband Josh and their son Carter.

"I became a dental assistant in 2013 after spending nearly 10 years as a medical assistant. I have always had a passion for helping others and am happy to have expanded my passion into the dental profession. I am currently pursuing my dream of becoming a registered dental hygienist so I can combine both my passion and knowledge and continue to help change the lives of patients through excellent dental care."

My name is Fatuma Bedane. I've been a Certified Dental Assistant since 2005. I received my training to become a Dental Assistant from ACT College in Rosslyn, VA, where I learned a lot about the importance of dental health care. I love helping patients understand their dental treatment and making them feel comfortable. At MT Dental Partners, they are in good hands and are truly receiving the best quality dental work available.

I love spending time with my kids and family. Whenever I can, I like to go on nature walks and hike in Rock Creek Park, and I enjoy going shopping.

For vacation, I like to go to Ethiopia and Dubai.
